NICO GOMEZ began teaching himself to play the drums at the age of five before beginning his piano and vocal training. As the son of a successful music producer and singer, he decided to dedicate his life to music very early on and began to write and produce his own music.<\/p>
At the age of 9 he sang for his first CD, Neckermann's \u201cSuper Power Children's Club\u201d, which has been playing successfully in countless hotels all over the world until today. This was followed by several television appearances (KiKa, Super RTL) and awards (e.g. Parents\u2019 Choice Award, NAPPA Gold Award, KiKanier of the Week).<\/p>
The former child star completed his training at the Pop and Musical Workshop in Cologne and studied voice and piano at the IfM Osnabr\u00fcck. He further strengthened his theoretical training with practical experience on stage with different bands and in different music styles and has worked with many greats of the music scene, including Max Herre, OneRepublic, Roger Cicero and Klaus Lage.<\/p>
Since 2012 Nico has been singing regularly for the RTL show \"Let's Dance\" in collaboration with Bionic Ballroom. In 2013, Nico could be seen on the ProSieben \/ SAT1 show The Voice of Germany. There he convinced all 4 coaches to turn around for him with his first appearance and made it all the way to the final top 10, delighting his audience on the subsequent tour through Germany (including Lanxess Arena Cologne, O2 World Berlin and Hamburg, Festhalle Frankfurt, Olympiahalle Munich, ...).<\/p>
